In 2003 the city of Pskov celebrated the 1100-years anniversary from its foundation. Almost all of the members of "Radova" club went to a creative meeting with Pskovers and presented a big exposition. Committee on Culture of the Pskov region and the Regional Center of folk-lore creativity had organized to us excursions about Pskov, to the city of Izborsk, to Pskovo-Pechersky cloister and to Pushkincky Gory.
Visit to these sights of the ancient Russian land caused a storm of emotions. Our women had expressed their feelings in quilt panno "Pskov impressions".
Club has got an
incentive diploma for the work
"Pskov impressions" at the
4th All-Russian festival "Quilt patterns of Russia-99" in Ivanovo in 2003.
